This was a water taxi that used to run between Rock Island and Davenport. I think the hulk of this boat used to lay along the shore next to Sun Set Park when we were kids.

Main Street in Old Moline
This is a photo from Old Penny Post Cards for Moline. It doesn't look like this now. Business was probably a lot better there than it is now.

15th Street Moline
Same street, different look. 12th Avenue now has an overpass across 15th Street. There are still a lot of small businesses at the top of the hill.

The Library as founded by the Carnegy Grant
The old library building is still standing, but may be gone by Reunion time. A new Library opened this past year on 41st Street and about 32nd Avenue. It is state of the art and doesn't have any places for boys and girls to sneak kisses.

This is one I,ve never heard of. I'll have to do some research and see where it was and what became of it.
