50th H.S. Reunion for the Class of "57" September 14th, 15th and 16th, with a casual reception on September 13th.
We have finalized the main events for our coming 50th High School Reunion and will be utilizing an online registration form for your convince. All you have to do is open your registration form by clicking on the url below. A form will open with all of the selections for events/meals etc. Just fill in your and your guest's name and selections by placing a dot for "yes or no" for each event. Then click on "submit" box to send your reservation. If need you have the option to clear the form by clicking on "Clear Form” make changes and submit. When you have submitted your selections you will receive an online confirmation of your choices. For those who do not wish to use the online service you may merely print the reservation form, fill it in and send it off by regular US mail to Pat Marsh, her address is included on the reservation form. Also, “all” checks in the amount for the events you have registered for should be mailed to Pat.
Many of our classmates do not use computers so we will be mailing a copy of the form to everyone in January/February 2007 timeframe. If you chose registered by e-mail you may disregard the mailing. All of the online registrations will be automatically sent to my email address; all others should be mailed to Pat Marsh. As previously mentioned Pat is the person to send your checks too.
Early responses will be a big help in final planning.
